H.W.Wilson Limited is built on Apprentices, with over 50% of our current workforce, including both of the Directors, having carried out their apprenticeships with H.W.Wilson Limited. Qualifications are just as important in the construction industry as any other career and all of our apprentices are trained to NVQ level 3 before they can be employed by us as permanent tradespeople. Apprenticeships give students necessary site experience and employment skills alongside their classroom learning and are a great way to ‘earn as you learn’. We currently have apprentices studying with us from South Essex College, Barking and Dagenham College and Prospects College, Basildon.
