16/02/2020 Four days to go until our 90th Anniversary and as its Sunday we thought we’d look back at a Chapel project H W Wilson was involved in.Dr Barnardo’s hired H W Wilson as general contractors for the construction of a Chapel at Boys’ Garden City at Woodford Bridge. The Chapel was specially designed to accommodate 800 boys and 100 staff and completed in 1931. The photos show the Chapel 89 years ago. Today it is used for private residences.#loveconstruction
