Every month staff and managment nominated someone they think deserves to win employee of the month.  We decide who deserves to win employee of the month on if someone has gone above and beyond or who has done something good that wasn't expected of them. This month the staff got together and decided that the would like to nominate their very own Managing Director 'Peter Wiffen'.  They nominated him as he is always there to support his staff and most company Directors main concern it to make as much profit as possible, however Peter's main focuse as well as making sure the company makes a healthy profit to keep all his staff in employment is the happiness and wellbeing of his staff.  Thank you Peter from all of your staff for being a great boss from all of your staff at H W Wilson.
